Spit it Out is an anonymous platform for open expression. By using the platform you agree to post responsibly and lawfully.

Hate speech targeting any group based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other characteristic is prohibited and will be removed.

You must not post content that is illegal in your country, including threats, harassment, incitement to violence, or any other unlawful material.

You are solely responsible for the content you post. We do not endorse or verify any user-submitted content.

Moderation is community-driven. Users can flag content using unpublish votes. When a post receives enough unpublish flags it is hidden and queued for moderator review. Moderators may approve or remove flagged content.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Features may change or be discontinued at any time.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or applicable law, and to revoke access for users who abuse the platform.

We do not collect email addresses. You are responsible for remembering your nickname and password. Lost passwords cannot be recovered.
